By accessing or using Tyche Chat (“Tyche,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tyche Chat.

2. Nature of Service — Information Only

Tyche Chat is an information and analytics service. All content, picks, analysis, parlay recommendations, and predictions provided by Tyche Chat are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

• Gambling advice or professional sports betting advice
• Financial advice or investment advice
• A guarantee of any outcome or winnings
• An inducement to gamble

Tyche Chat is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers or bets of any kind.

3. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Tyche Chat. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

4. No Warranty on Accuracy

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Tyche Chat's predictive models are based on historical data and statistical analysis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any picks, predictions, or analysis. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Tyche Chat complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Sports betting and gambling laws vary by state, country, and territory. Tyche Chat does not make any representation that use of this service is legal in your jurisdiction.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyche Chat and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to gambling losses incurred based on information provided by Tyche Chat.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Modifications
